Meeting real-time transcription
Transcribe the speech content in the meeting in real time and automatically identify different speakers.
Automatic recording of Zoom meetings
Before the Zoom meeting starts, click "Add to Zoom" in Otter.ai to authorize Otter Bot to join the meeting
Inform attendees in advance that the meeting will be recorded to comply with privacy practices. Otter Bot will appear in the attendee list when it joins.
Manually record a face-to-face meeting
Open the Otter.ai mobile app, click the recording button, and place your phone in the center of the conference table
When the conference room is noisy, try to bring your phone closer to the main speaker to improve transcription accuracy.
Meeting summary and action items
Otter automatically extracts key information from meetings and generates to-do items.
Extract meeting action items
After the meeting, click the "Action Items" tab in Otter
By clearly stating keywords such as "who is responsible" and "deadline" during the meeting, Otter's action item identification will be more accurate.
