Setup and basic usage
Fireflies.ai automatically joins meetings via an AI bot, eliminating the need for manual intervention.
Connect meeting platform
Setup steps: 1. Register a Fireflies.ai account 2. Connect calendar (Google Calendar or Outlook) 3. Fireflies automatically detects meetings in calendar 4. Fireflies Bot will automatically join before the meeting starts Or invite manually: - Add fred@fireflies.ai to meeting invitation - Bot will automatically join and start recording

View meeting summary

View "Summary" (AI summary) - Summary of the meeting (3-5 sentences) - List of key decisions - Action items (including responsible person and deadline) - Questions and Answers 3. The identification of action items relies on clear statements in the meeting. It is recommended that "who is responsible for what and when it will be completed" should be clearly stated in the meeting.

In Fireflies' search function: 1. Enter keywords (such as "product roadmap") 2. System searches all historical meeting transcripts 3. Display the meeting clips containing the keyword 4.
