Using Copilot in Word
Draft, rewrite, and summarize documents in Word using Copilot.
Draft project proposals
Click the Copilot icon in Word and enter: Draft a project proposal for implementing an AI customer service system, including objectives, timeline, budget estimate, and expected ROI
After generation, use the "Rewrite" function to adjust the tone (more formal/concise), or the "Summarize" function to generate an executive summary.
Summarize long documents
Open a 50-page report, click Copilot, enter: Summarize this document, highlighting the key findings and recommendations
You can ask specific questions such as "What are the main risks mentioned in this document?" to gain a deeper understanding of the document content.
Excel data analysis
Analyze Excel data with natural language, no complex formulas required.
Analyze sales data trends
Select the sales data table, click Copilot, and enter: Analyze the sales trend over the past 12 months and identify the top 3 performing products
You can ask Copilot to insert charts directly into Excel or export analysis results as a Word report.
